Astrocartography report: what does it add to your map?
An astrocartography report connects your birth details with selected places, life themes, evidence and trade-offs. In Astrocartography Chart, you can already check and compare known cities for free. A Personal Report adds a broader discovery reading; whether you need it depends on which personal question is still unanswered.

Do you need an astrocartography report for cities already on your list?
Imagine someone considering Bristol, Dublin and Manchester for a move. For this fictional person, remaining within that shortlist is a practical constraint. They want to examine Career and Home before deciding whether a longer astrocartography report would help. The product does not check why these cities are feasible or assess their work, housing or residence arrangements.
The teaching birth profile is synthetic: 12 April 1991, 09:30 local time in London, United Kingdom (51.5074, −0.1278; Europe/London). The comparisons and astrocartography report extracts were calculated offline with the product engines on 7 November 2026. This example uses synthetic data and shows no purchased report or observed outcome.
Check City answers which lines are near each destination. Standard Compare Cities takes those chosen places and a goal, then returns support, caution and their sources. It already supplies the personal location answer for this shortlist; an astrocartography report is not required to reveal these grades.
| Chosen city | Career | Home |
|---|---|---|
| BristolUnited Kingdom | Weak / Low | Weak / Low |
| DublinIreland | Weak / Low | Weak / Low |
| ManchesterUnited Kingdom | Weak / Low | Weak / Low |
All three have Weak support and Low caution for both goals. Low caution does not supply positive support, and a relative first place does not change the Weak grade. Read the sources in your own comparison before attributing the result to the nearest or most appealing line.
What does a free astrocartography report overview tell you?
Where offered, a free astrocartography report overview uses exact birth details to describe personal patterns, theme tendencies and the candidate range. It does not inherit your city comparison list. Availability and access follow the options shown for your account.
Calculated overview · Teaching extract. This profile's overview summarises 44 candidate places, with High overview confidence. It highlights Travel and exploration as the clearest opportunity and Home, family and community as a trade-off. These findings cover the wider range; they are not verdicts on Bristol, Dublin or Manchester.
- Career and money
- Supportive
- Love and partnership

- Supportive
The overview gives the person a new question to investigate: could places outside the familiar shortlist support exploration while requiring different choices about home life? It does not establish a single winner across all five themes. The specific place names, their detailed evidence and place-level trade-offs remain outside the free overview.
Four Supportive labels in the overview do not upgrade the three Weak Career and Home results. The candidate sets, goals and scoring scopes differ. High overview confidence summarises the available evidence; it is neither a success rate nor verification of the birth record. A city decision needs that city's own evidence.
What changes when the full astrocartography report names the places?
Full-result teaching extract. These names and verdicts were calculated for the same synthetic profile. This example does not unlock your personal results; access follows the options shown in your account.
Automatic discovery in this astrocartography report selects Ottawa and Montreal in Canada, Bordeaux in France, and Chicago and Washington in the United States in this run. None belongs to the fictional three-city shortlist. The selection comes from the supported candidate pool and routing context; it is not a search of every place on Earth or a filtered assessment of where this person can legally or practically move.
The full astrocartography report identifies an overall order and different relative leaders by theme, then connects each city–theme verdict to supporting, cautionary and conflicting evidence. Three questions from its five-theme reading illustrate the added answer:
| Theme | Relative leader | City verdict | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Career and money | Washington, District of ColumbiaUnited States | Mixed | Low |
| Home, family and community | Bordeaux, Nouvelle-AquitaineFrance | Mixed | Low |
| Travel and exploration | Montreal, QuebecCanada | Mixed | Medium |
The other two themes have relative leaders too: Bordeaux for Love and partnership, and Washington for Wellbeing and growth. A single city does not lead everything. The overall order begins with Washington, Bordeaux and Montreal, while the city–theme verdicts in the table all remain Mixed. A relative lead and an unqualified recommendation are different results.
Bordeaux: what the Home evidence reveals. The assessment names Sun 60° to ASC, 63.8 km away, as its main Home support source. It also names Pluto 90° to MC, 380.2 km away, as the main trade-off. These are angular-aspect signals, rather than distances to ordinary Sun or Pluto lines.
Support, caution and conflicting evidence remain visible in the Mixed Home assessment. Low confidence also reflects evidence breadth, birth-time stability and agreement between house systems. The reader gains a qualified Home candidate with reasons and uncertainties to investigate.
A full astrocartography report can show how ordinary lines, angular aspects, Parans and relocated-chart evidence contribute to those readings, and where the evidence conflicts. Its birth-time sensitivity check adds another personal answer: how the calculated reading responds to small shifts in the entered time. For this profile it returns Highly sensitive. More detail makes these qualifications visible; it does not remove them.
To learn how to read an evidence trail in depth, use the worked chart example. Here, judge whether those additional answers fit the question you need to resolve.
If these three cities are your only realistic options
Free Compare Cities has answered the stated comparison: all three cities have Weak Career and Home support. A higher rank still does not create strong support. The Supportive overview in an astrocartography report covers other candidates; its findings cannot be transferred onto Bristol, Dublin or Manchester.
This report selects different cities. If the shortlist cannot change, paying for those alternatives may not answer the reader's question. Continue with the free city readings and investigate the work, housing and daily-life arrangements that make those three places realistic.
If you are open to investigating other places
The full astrocartography report supplies a new research set: Washington leads Career and money, Bordeaux leads Home, family and community, and Montreal leads Travel and exploration. The reader can investigate additional places for a particular priority instead of only ordering familiar options.
All three city–theme results are Mixed. Confidence is Low for Washington's Career and Bordeaux's Home reading. Montreal's Travel lead does not settle a Home decision. Review the named support and cautions before researching an alternative's practical feasibility.
If the birth record is uncertain
This profile's full report returns Highly sensitive when the entered time is checked against five minutes earlier and later. The reader has a reason to verify the recorded time before relying on precise location details. That check cannot recover an unknown birth time or test every possible error.
High overview confidence summarises candidate evidence; it does not certify the birth record. The full report's sensitivity finding describes how its reading changes with the input. Buying more detail cannot remove that uncertainty. Keep both findings visible when deciding what weight to give the results.
Use an astrocartography report for your own question
- Generate your map and note the unresolved question. Use your birth date, recorded time and birthplace in the form above. If you have known cities, check and compare them for the goal you actually care about. The free result may already answer your question.
- Open Personal Report from your map results. Sign in and use exact birth details. Where a free overview is offered, read the overall patterns and trade-off before deciding whether discovering other places would be useful. The current entry automatically selects cities; it does not promise to analyse the places you used in ordinary Compare Cities.
- Review the scope and access before continuing. Use the options shown for your account. A full report gives selected places and their evidence; it cannot supply housing, immigration, job or safety assessments. If those places are outside your practical options, return to the free city tools for the destinations you can investigate.
- Keep the evidence and the questions together. In your completed report, revisit the relevant theme, caution and birth-time sensitivity. Use its PDF export when available for your account and language, following the preparation status. Saving it preserves the reading; it does not make the verdict certain or update a PDF when your inputs change.
A free map, a free overview and a complete astrocartography report are separate levels of information. Check the current report access and pricing for the option offered to you. This page describes the product's calculation and report flow, rather than a human consultation or a guarantee of what will happen in a place.

What is an astrocartography report?
An astrocartography report organises selected places, life-theme assessments, supporting evidence, cautions and next checks. It can introduce destinations to research. If you already know which cities matter, a free city comparison directly examines those choices; automatic discovery may answer a different question.
Can I get a free astrocartography report?
Where offered, a free overview shows personal patterns, five theme tendencies and aggregate candidate findings; specific place answers stay locked. Sign-in and an exact birth time apply. Full access and PDF follow your account's options. The ordinary map, full map location readings, Check City and standard Compare Cities remain free without sign-in or usage limits.
Will the report use my Compare Cities shortlist?
The current Personal Report entry automatically selects representative cities from its candidate pool using your birth profile and routing context. It does not inherit that shortlist. Use Check City and standard Compare Cities for a known destination. Absence from automatic selection does not mean a city is unsuitable.
Why can the overview be Supportive when my city is Weak?
The overview summarises a broader candidate range across five themes. Standard city comparison scores your chosen places for its selected goal. Here, four overview themes are Supportive while Bristol, Dublin and Manchester remain Weak for Career and Home. Different candidate sets and scoring scopes explain the difference.
Does first place in my report mean an ideal city?
No. Rankings are relative to the selected portfolio and theme. Bordeaux leads Home here but remains Mixed with Low confidence. Its Sun support and Pluto caution both matter. Treat that as a qualified research candidate, with practical constraints still to investigate.
Why does the full astrocartography report need an exact birth time?
It uses location-sensitive angles, relocated-chart evidence and birth-time sensitivity calculations. The current entry requires an exact time. The ordinary map can use a local-noon estimate when time is unknown, but that estimate does not recover the missing time or qualify as exact input.
Can I save the report as a PDF?
A completed report supports PDF export subject to account access and language support. Follow the preparation status; the file may need a separate job. Use it to revisit evidence and questions. A saved PDF does not update when birth details change or replace a live city comparison.
Is this a reading with a human astrologer?
This is a calculated report with generated interpretation, not a human consultation. The teaching example was rendered deterministically from synthetic evidence without a paid order, customer data or an AI request. It demonstrates the output structure, not a person's experience or a fulfilled prediction.
