Astrocartography chart for love: from your map to a shared city

An astrocartography chart for love shows where attraction, connection and commitment themes meet your birth map. In Astrocartography Chart, check your cities for relationship support and cautions. If you already have a partner, use both maps to examine a shared choice. A place that supports one person may leave the other person's relationship question open.

What can your astrocartography chart for love tell you about a city?

Your birth date, recorded time and birthplace create the map. Check City adds a destination and identifies nearby planet–angle labels and distances. Standard Compare Cities then considers your candidates with Relationships selected, returning support, caution and the sources behind each. The personal answer is which relationship themes actually reach those places and how much evidence the current model assigns to them.

If you are single, that is already a complete question: which realistic destinations deserve investigation for meeting and connecting with people? Keep support and caution together, then examine the actual social life you could participate in. A city's dating pool, the people you will meet and the outcome of a relationship are not measured by this tool.

Venus DS / AS

Attraction, reciprocity and social ease

Venus DS contributes to Relationships; Venus AS can also contribute. Check the city result rather than treating every Venus angle as the same relationship signal.

Moon DS / IC

Care, emotional connection and belonging

Both angles can support Relationships, while Moon IC also concerns Home. Relationship support and a supported place to establish a home remain separate questions.

Sun DS / Mercury DS

Being seen by another person / exchanging ideas

These are additional Relationships sources in the current comparison. A useful personal result does not require a nearby Venus line.

Mars DS

Initiative and attraction, with a possible friction theme

The current model gives Mars DS limited Relationships support. The interpretation can still raise questions about disagreement; that theme is not automatically a scored caution.

Saturn DS / Pluto DS / Neptune DS

Commitment pressure / intensity / idealisation

These angles can contribute Relationships caution. Read the named source and the overall grade together; an appealing support signal does not erase a caution.

The map displays Ascendant as AS and Descendant as DS; AC and DC are equivalent labels. These are astrological interpretations of the birth moment, not established predictions of romantic events. A love chart does not need to hide the other planets to focus on Relationships.

A fictional long-distance couple

My city, your city or somewhere new?

Imagine A living in Vienna and B living in London. They want to end the distance and are also willing to investigate Stockholm as a third possibility. Their reasons for including these cities come from a fictional situation, not from a global recommendation search. The question is how to choose a place for the relationship without letting either person's existing life become the automatic plan for both.

An astrocartography chart for love first gives each person their own location evidence. Find the Best Places for Two People then uses both sets of birth details, the same cities and a shared goal. Its full result separates individual benefits and cautions, identifies common themes and can leave a city without a shared recommendation when support is insufficient.

Synthetic profiles: A — 15 June 1990, 08:15, New York, United States (America/New_York); B — 3 February 1992, 14:20, London, United Kingdom (Europe/London). Birthplaces create the charts; the characters' current homes are fictional. All examples below use these same inputs. The hero is a fictional illustration.

Start with one map: support and caution can coexist

London for synthetic Person B · Personal Relationships result

B's Check City preview in London lists Mars DS at 31.6 km, Neptune DS at 61.1 km, Uranus DS at 162.9 km and Jupiter IC at 227.1 km. Compare Cities returns Moderate Relationships support from Venus DS at 369.4 km and the closer Mars DS. Neptune DS supplies Moderate caution. The closest line and the main supporting line are not the same thing.

Venus sits beyond that four-item local preview but inside the comparison's 900 km range. This is why an astrocartography chart for love needs the goal result as well as the visible map. The result contains an attraction and connection lead alongside an idealisation or unclear-expectations theme. For B, a useful application is to make expectations explicit rather than treating the supportive side as an assurance that an arrangement will be easy.

The same reading process works when you are single. Compare your real options for Relationships, retain the named cautions and investigate where you could actually meet people. In the fictional couple's case, however, B's result is only the first half of the location question. A still needs a reading for the same city.

What changes when both maps enter the decision?

Calculated comparison for the three teaching candidates, with Relationships selected. Individual grades come from each person's standard Compare Cities result. The shared verdict and rank come from the separate two-person calculation.

The personal map, Check City and standard Compare Cities are currently free. Sign in to use the two-person tool; both people's full readings and shared comparisons require eligible paid access. This worked example is an extract from full two-person results.

Worth keeping on the shortlist; compare the trade-offs

Shared supported themes

Relationships

Grades and shared ranks describe chart evidence within this shortlist, not a probability of love or a worldwide city ranking. The 900 km comparison scope is a product setting, not a scientifically established influence boundary. A Low grade can still have a named caution source, as B's Vienna result does.

A's existing city

Vienna: keeping one person's familiar base leaves the shared question open

A's Relationships result is Light support with Low caution, supported by Mars DS at 10.5 km. B's result is Weak support with Low caution, with Mercury DS at 714.1 km and Mars DS at 760.6 km as supporting sources. A distant Neptune DS caution at 765.1 km is still listed for B despite the Low overall grade. This is limited evidence for B, rather than a positive result borrowed from A's close line.

Find the Best Places for Two People returns Not enough support for a clear recommendation, with no shared Relationships support and no shared rank. In the fictional situation, A already knows the city and B would be arriving. That familiarity could be a practical advantage, but the result has not established a common relationship case. Before treating a move into A's life as the default, discuss how B would build their own contacts, take part in everyday decisions and have room for interests outside the couple.

A familiar base is a practical reason to investigate, while B's limited chart evidence and the adjustments they would make deserve their own discussion.

B's existing city

London: B's stronger personal result does not become support for both

London reverses the personal lead. B has Moderate Relationships support with Moderate caution; A is Weak with Low caution and no supporting or caution sources for this goal. A does have a Sun MC line in Check City at 244.2 km, but that public-role line supplies no Relationships contribution here. The same astrocartography chart for love needs the planet, angle and selected goal to stay connected.

The two-person result is again Not enough support for a clear recommendation and has no shared rank. B's established routine and contacts could help with a real move, but they do not answer what A would gain from the arrangement. Make the transition explicit: which decisions would be made together, what existing plans would change, and how would A establish a life beyond visiting B? These are conditions to agree, not faults discovered in London or in either partner.

Use both personal readings before making the city with the stronger individual result the couple's automatic choice.

A third teaching candidate

Stockholm: a shared relationship lead, with a caution that still belongs to B

A has Light Relationships support from Mars DS at 6.1 km and Low caution. B has Moderate support, with Mercury DS at 167 km, Moon DS at 538.2 km and Sun DS at 450 km as the main sources. B also has Moderate caution from Saturn DS at 97.8 km. Unlike the other two cities, this candidate supplies relationship support for both people under the current rules.

The full two-person result puts Stockholm in the first shared recommendation group, with shared Relationships support and the verdict Worth keeping on the shortlist; compare the trade-offs. For the couple, that is a reason to discuss what each person would commit to changing before they choose a shared address.

For this fictional couple, the useful next conversation concerns the effort of establishing a life together. B's Saturn DS caution makes expectations around commitment worth examining: what would each person change, how would shared obligations be divided, and how would they review the arrangement if one person struggled to settle? A also has a Home caution in the broader two-person reading. Ending the distance still leaves both the relationship commitments and the living base to investigate. A top shared rank is a reason to examine this candidate, not an instruction to choose it.

Keep the shared relationship lead and each person's separate cautions in the same conversation; neither cancels the other.

Stockholm: different main benefits, a common relationship theme

A's broader reading

Strongest supported theme: Career

Supported themes: Career, Relationships

Caution themes: Home

B's broader reading

Strongest supported theme: Relationships

Supported themes: Relationships

Caution themes: Relationships

The broader themes explain the two-person preview's different-benefits message. Relationships remains the goal used for the shared rank. A's Home caution and B's Relationships caution still need attention when discussing an actual move.

Use your own cities, then name the commitment

Generate your astrocartography chart for love with your recorded birth details. Use Check City for a destination, then compare two to four realistic options with Relationships selected. Keep all planetary context available. If you already have a partner, add their details in Find the Best Places for Two People, select Relationships and use the same shortlist. The shared tool accepts up to six selected cities; this example uses three.

For a couple ending long distance, place each person's practical changes beside their chart result. Who would leave an existing social circle? What work and travel arrangements would change? Which decisions would become shared, and which interests or routines would each person keep? The calculation has not measured those conditions, but it can show why one person's city preference needs a second reading before it becomes a joint plan.

If only one person has support, keep that asymmetry visible. If both have support with cautions, discuss the caution that belongs to each person rather than treating a first shared rank as the end of the enquiry. If no candidate has enough common evidence, you can investigate another realistic place or choose for clearly stated practical reasons. An astrocartography chart for love does not require inventing a perfect destination.

For individual line meanings, the Venus line guide and DC line guide explain attraction and one-to-one themes. For a wider move involving work and private life, use Where to live.

Astrocartography chart for love questions

What does an astrocartography chart for love show?

An astrocartography chart for love locates the planetary lines associated with attraction, connection, care and commitment on your birth map. A city reading adds the actual angle and distance. A Relationships comparison then identifies the support and caution relevant to that goal. These are astrological interpretations of places, not predictions that you will meet a partner or that a relationship will succeed.

Which astrocartography line is best for love?

There is no universal best line. Venus DS is a common starting theme for partnership, but the current Relationships comparison also uses Moon DS, Moon IC, Sun DS, Mercury DS, Venus AS and limited Mars DS support. Other DS lines can supply caution. Use the full city result to see which sources actually contribute to your own candidates.

Can I use this if I am single?

Yes. Generate your map, use Check City for destinations you could realistically visit or live in, and compare them with Relationships selected. You do not need another person's birth details for your personal results. Read the support, caution and sources, then investigate real opportunities to meet people; the comparison does not measure a city's dating pool or predict a match.

Is the two-person tool a compatibility or synastry reading?

No. It examines each person's location evidence, shared themes and trade-offs in the same cities for a chosen goal. It does not calculate whether two people should date, combine them into a relationship birth chart or forecast a marriage. An astrocartography chart for love helps frame the place question; the relationship itself remains a different question.

Why does a city with support for my partner have no shared recommendation?

A shared choice requires evidence for both people under the selected goal. In London, B has Moderate Relationships support while A has no supporting relationship signals. The two-person result therefore has insufficient support for a clear shared recommendation. B's personal result remains valid for B; it cannot stand in for A's missing support.

Does Different benefits mean there is no shared relationship support?

Not necessarily. In Stockholm, A's strongest theme is Career and B's is Relationships, while both have Relationships support. The full result identifies that common theme and retains a trade-offs verdict because of the individual evidence. Read both people's themes and cautions before interpreting a short preview message as the whole answer.

Can a Low caution grade still have a caution source?

Yes. B's Vienna result lists Neptune DS at 765.1 km while the overall Relationships caution stays Low. The grade summarises the contribution; it does not count how many signals exist. An empty list and a Low grade with a named source are different results. Both are disclosed in this page's calculated examples.

Why can a supporting line be missing from the Check City preview?

Check City shows a limited local list that follows visible map filters. Standard Compare Cities uses all calculated planetary lines within 900 km. In B's London result, Venus DS at 369.4 km supplies relationship support beyond the four-item local preview. The 900 km scope is a product setting, not a scientifically established boundary of planetary effects.

What if one of us does not know our birth time?

The ordinary map can use a local-noon estimate, which is not a recovered birth time. That uncertainty changes angular lines and city distances. The two-person tool treats an estimated time as limited evidence and does not provide a reliable shared recommendation from it. Obtain the best recorded times available and keep uncertainty visible when reading precise-looking results.

Which parts of this love chart are free?

The personal map, planetary lines, full map location readings, Check City and standard Compare Cities are currently free without signing in or usage limits. The two-person tool requires sign-in; its free preview is limited, while both people's full readings and shared comparisons require eligible paid access. This page labels its worked two-person example as an extract from full results. Reports, HD downloads and AI have separate access requirements.
