Is this a subscription?
No. Plans use one-time payments with no recurring renewal. Included access has no scheduled expiry, but report allowances and AI credits are finite: lifetime access does not mean unlimited reports or AI readings.
Do personal reports use AI credits?
Personal report allowances are separate from AI credits. An AI reading uses 10 credits; a Full AI City Comparison Report uses 50. Included standard city comparisons, two-person searches and timing results do not use AI credits.
Can I use my report allowance for different people?
Yes, with their permission. Report allowances count generated reports, while saved birth profiles are reusable storage slots. Reopening an existing report does not use another allowance; starting a new report requires an available report allowance.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
Full personal reports and Best Time to Move require an exact birth time. If yours is unknown, you can create an estimated map using noon at your birthplace. The five-minute sensitivity check does not recover an unknown birth time.
How do I receive my report after paying?
Use the account you paid with. Start or continue your report from the map; payment alone does not always start generation. When the report is ready, open it in your account and download the PDF. The time needed depends on processing.
What happens when I run out of reports or credits?
Your included tools remain available, but new reports or AI readings need the relevant remaining allowance. Check the purchase or upgrade options shown for your account. If none fits your needs, contact support before purchasing again.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility and exceptions are described in our Refund Policy, including unused credits, service failures and billing errors. Contact support with your order details; a refund is not automatic.
What if generation fails or my purchase is missing?
Check that you are signed in to the account used at checkout. If the issue remains, contact support with your order reference and, for a report issue, its report ID. Do not send passwords or card details. Support can investigate failed reports, missing access and duplicate charges.
